When making and securing your booking at ace of waves you are agreeing to our terms and conditions on all bookings and are aware of the factors involved with any hair services.

1. Client Consultation and Disclosure
Clients must provide accurate information about their hair history, allergies, scalp conditions, and previous chemical treatments.

The salon reserves the right to refuse service if the client’s hair condition poses a risk.

2. Hair Treatment Risks

Clients acknowledge that hair treatments (coloring, bleaching, chemical straightening, etc.) carry inherent risks, including damage, breakage, or allergic reactions.

The salon will take all reasonable care but cannot guarantee specific results.

3. Patch Test Requirement

A patch test is required 48 hours before any chemical treatment to check for allergic reactions.

If the client declines the patch test, they accept full responsibility for any adverse effects.

4. Client Consent

By proceeding with the service, clients consent to the treatment and accept the risks involved.

5. Liability Limitation

Ace of Waves is not liable for any hair damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, client non-disclosure, or failure to follow aftercare advice.

Liability is limited to the cost of the service provided and does not cover any consequential damages.

6. Aftercare Instruction

Clients will receive aftercare advice and must follow it to maintain hair health.

Failure to follow aftercare instructions releases the salon from responsibility for subsequent damage.

7. Complaints and Resolution

Any dissatisfaction must be reported immediately or within 48 hours of the service.

The salon will offer a reasonable solution, such as a corrective treatment or refund at its discretion.

8. Photography and Social Media

The salon may take photos for promotional use unless the client opts out in writing.
